Is it worth something to cling on or is it better to move on?
Anyway, mugging for IBM now.. dreads subjects tons of words to remember ay.. now learning Organization Development... the five steps are. Sensitive training... Survey feedback... erm damn i forget.. refer to notes... process consultation, Team building and action research.
